There are two types of duties.

• Mounting and dismounting exhibits
• Help during the time when the show is open to the public.

Being a volunteer is a great opportunity to meet fellow collectors.

Mounting and dismounting exhibits

Exhibits will be brought to the Show venue on Wednesday 19 March, the day before the show is open to the public.  We expect this will be from 8 am.
We need people to help mount the exhibits.  If you are an exhibitor bringing your own exhibit to the venue, it would be much appreciated if you can spend some time assisting.
The Show will close on Sunday 23 March at 3pm.  Once the public has left the venue, we can commence to dismount the exhibits.
On both occasions, there will also be a need for some people to assist in various clerical tasks of identifying which exhibits have been processed.

When the show is open to the public

There will be a stand near the entrance.  Volunteers will be needed there.  To welcome visitors.  To sell souvenirs.  And quite a few other activities there.
There will also be a need for volunteers elsewhere in the venue.
