To enter your collection in the exhibition, you must fill out the entry form. You can find the form in the Download Section of this page.

The Prospectus, which explains the exhibition rules and lists the different types of exhibiting classes, is also in the Download Section.

Please send your completed entry form before the closing date, Thursday, 12 December 2024. You can send it:

Payment instructions are included in the entry form. If you pay by Direct Deposit, you will probably be asked as a security check for the name of the account – it is Philatelic Association of NSW.

If you are entering several exhibits, please do a separate form for each one. You can do one payment for all these entries.
